No return authorization is required to send the materials back; however,we suggest that if returning you send us an email stating as such so we can be on the lookout for your package. In the package with your returned materials be sure to include a note with your name and address so we now who to give the credit to. Remember, no credit will be given until the media has been received by us and in resaleable condition.
Memberships
Membership purchases are not refundable. Multiple product purchases do not equate to multiple free 30 day memberships. Only one free 30 day membership per member (Basementian) is allowed.
