All printed media (Books) may be returned to Basement Ideas for a full refund of the product purchase price, shipping charges initially paid for that item, and taxes (if applicable) up to a period of 45 days from the date of purchase for any reason. Media must be in resaleable condition. Items returned damaged will be sent back with no credit given. See address info below for further instructions.

All Basement Ideas and Explorer CD purchases may be returned for a full refund of the product purchase price, shipping charges initially paid for that item, and taxes (if applicable) up to a period of 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason. Media must be in resaleable condition. Items returned damaged will be sent back with no credit given. See address info below for further instructions.

Download Media
All Basement Ideas download media purchases are refundable for a full refund of the product purchase price and taxes (if applicable) up to a period of 15 days from the date of purchase for any reason. Simply send us an email stating that you would like a refund. Be sure to include your name and address as it was entered with the credit card information. We do NOT need any credit card numbers or expiration dates. We will email you a return receipt once the credit has been applied. Once you have received the credit we kindly ask to you to delete the files from your computer.

We cannot accept returns of this product with exception of defective product. If the product is defective you may return it to us and once received we will send you a new copy of the software.

No return authorization is required to send the materials back; however, we suggest that if returning you send us an email stating as such so we can be on the lookout for your package. In the package with your returned materials be sure to include a note with your name and address so we now who to give the credit to. Remember, no credit will be given until the media has been received by us and in resaleable condition.
